Clinique 7 Day Scrub Cream Rinse-Off Formula

Most of the exfoliators on the market have about 3 grains to scrub your face with and for the longest time I have searched for an exfoliator that will really polish my skin and give my pores a good clean out. I have a red birthmark all around the base of my nose where the skin in this area is very prone to flaking and under makeup this just looks terrible so I needed a scrub that was going to be effective enough to gently polish these away.

After buying and testing endless fails during the years I finally discovered Clinique’s 7 Day Scrub Cream Rinse-Off Formula.

In the UK it retails for around £20.00 for 100ml and for me this is money well spent! This tube lasts forever and you can get tons of uses out of it. There are plenty of smooth grains in a moisturiser ‘vehicle’ which does not leave my combination skin with any residue after wiping it all off with a damp muslin cloth.

You really need to add the smallest amount into the palm of your hand, around a small grape sized amount, rub your hands together to spread the cream and then just rub your face in circular motions, of course avoiding the eye area. I really like to scrub the outer areas of my lips so I give this a good go with the exfoliator also.

Clinique, UK claims that it helps to diminish fine lines and to be honest I have not noticed that this product has helped my fine lines in any way and I have been using it for years. Even so, regardless of this claim, for now I wouldn’t change this exfoliator for anything else.
