I am ALL about the glow and I had been eyeing this primer for the longest time before I made the decision to purchase it. I bought mine from Selfridges for £38.50 for 40ml of product. Continue reading “Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow Beauty Flash Primer”
I know that this product is turning into a cult favourite and all my reviews are based on how well products work for me and my skin and its complexion and so through this review, as well as my others, I hope that people who have the same skin issues as me can benefit from my opinions and that it can help them in their search for products that are going to do the job they need them to do. I really wanted to find a foundation that was going to give me medium coverage and a luminous finish. At the time I was wearing Lancome Teint Miracle and although this gave me a glowing complexion, I didn’t like the strong alcohol scent to it and the fact that my shade in this foundation had begun oxidizing like crazy and turning orange even though I was using a new bottle. Because of the experiences I’d had in the past with liquid eyeliner pens, I was reluctant to try one again but my favourite liquid eyeliner in the pot always takes a lot longer to apply than that of a pen, I believed. With the eyeliner pens that I’ve used in the past I found that the tip gets full of eyeshadow and so it is unable to deposit enough product as you are draw across the eyelid. The last time I was in the UK I visited Boots a lot (as you do) and on one occasion I’d specifically gone in to buy the Soap & Glory™ Glow All Out™ Highlight & Sculpt Cheek Stick which had caught my eye when I was scouring their website prior to my visit. I wasn’t able to find my favourite pressed powder by NARS anywhere. I had been using the Laura Mercier Invisible Pressed Powder and while it was ok, it didn’t last long and I had hit pan shortly after I had used it and believe me, I am not wearing makeup every day.
After seeing the BY TERRY Hyaluronic Hydra Powder talked about by a YouTuber I decided to order it from SPACENK, UK, for £42 and see if it delivered the claims the website said it would in the description. Continue reading “BY TERRY Hyaluronic Hydra Powder”
I was wearing the Lancome Teint Miracle for years and had fancied a change and I also didn’t like the strong alcohol scent of that foundation. So during a trip to the UK about a year ago I went into boots and began trying different brands, none of which I liked or which were not too yellow. Colour: Translucent Pearl
An illuminating highlighter with a translucent pearl hue to create healthy, sheer glowing skin by enhancing your own natural beauty, without being sticky, greasy or glittery.
I paid about €37 for my RMS Living Luminizer which I ordered from Naturismo. I wanted a cream highlighter that was not going to make me look like a disco ball from the 80’s and to just be a subtle hint of highlight on my cheekbones and down the bridge of my nose and to apply it to the bow of my lips to make them look fuller.
